Bill Payment

Jefferson County Water Control Improvement District 10 reads all meters monthly between the 12th and 18th.  Utility bills are mailed on the 21st and due by 5:00 p.m. the 20th of the following month.  If the due date for the regular or final bill falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the following business day.  Customers are assessed a $10.00 late fee if delinquent.  Delinquent notices are mailed on the 21st and allow ten (10) additional days for payment prior to disconnection.  Customers are assessed a $35.00 fee if disconnected and must pay the entire balance on the account to be reconnected.

Online Bill Payment

If paying Online just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button.  Have your water bill handy and follow the prompts.  When entering your last name and street name, please do so in all caps.  When entering your account number, only enter the five digit account number from your bill.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your bill stub. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account on the 16th of the month prior to the due date. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Bank Draft Authorization Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.  Additionally, there is an after hours and night deposit located to the right of the front door provided for your convenience.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill and then mail a physical check. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
